R D Home Mart: Cancellation Policy
This policy governs the cancellation of orders placed through the R D Home Mart website www.rdhomemart.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation Window
The ability to cancel an order depends entirely on its processing status.

How to Cancel:
- Log into your R D Home Mart account.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- If the “Cancel Order” button is visible, click it and follow the prompts.
- If the button is not visible, it means the order is already in the shipping phase. Please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance (though cancellation is unlikely at this stage).
2. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations
All refunds for prepaid orders will be processed immediately upon acceptance of the cancellation request.
- Refund Amount: 100% of the product value, including shipping charges (if applicable and paid for the cancelled items).
- Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or card account. This timeframe is dependent on your financial institution’s processing cycles.
3. Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse to accept a package that has reached the “Out for Delivery” stage, this action will be treated as an unauthorized return.
- Processing Fee: We reserve the right to deduct the actual costs incurred for forward shipping, return shipping, and a nominal restocking fee of [5% ] from the refund amount.
- Refund: The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method only after the product is received back at our warehouse and verified to be unused and undamaged.
4. Cancellation by R D Home Mart
R D Home Mart reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Stock Issues: The item is no longer available or out of stock after the order was placed.
- Inaccurate Information: Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Payment Verification: Failure to complete payment verification.
- Pricing/Technical Errors: Product or shipping price errors discovered after order placement.
Action: In all cases of cancellation by R D Home Mart, a 100% full refund will be processed for prepaid orders, including any fees, with no deductions.
